Baker Fitness

Nadav Baker is a university professor of Motor Learning as well as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Israeli Olympic Triathlon Team. Nadav holds multiple degrees in physical education and has spent the last two decades getting people stronger and healthier as well as teaching and certifying thousands of fitness trainers. Nadav has extensive training experience in varied settings, as an IDF Tank Commander, as a minor league gymnastics coach, as a wellness trainer for the elderly, as a posture therapist at the Wingate Institute and as a contestant on the TV show Israeli Ninja Warrior.

The Squat Expert

In this workshop we will learn how to teach the technique for a squat as well as how to correct many common (and some uncommon) form issues. The workshop will also introduce 10 types of squat variations, their pro's and con's and a guide to deciding which one to implement with your client.

A similar workshop can be done for exercises such as deadlifts, pulls & rows, pushing exercises and more.

A lecture and workshop shedding light on the training of pregnant clients. Learn about each step of the pregnancy and how to tailor the training session to accommodate it. The workshop will introduce exercises appropriate to the different stages of pregnancy as well as how to progress and prepare for life after birth.

A new outlook on core training as was introduced in the International Wingate Sports Science Convention. A workshop which will change the way you think about core training and supply you with a multitude of exercises to choose from while training your clients.
